Using AIDA Admin
AIDA Admin is provided by AIDA as a support and assistance service through support.wrighttechnology.co.uk. It is designed to help with guidance, troubleshooting, and customer support workflows.
Scope of service
- AIDA may update, restrict, or suspend the service where needed for security, maintenance, billing, or misuse.
- You must use the service lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt it, misuse it, or use it to submit harmful content.
- You are responsible for checking advice before acting on it in your own environment.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
- You must tell AIDA promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Liability
AIDA Admin provides guidance on a best-efforts basis. Where an issue needs hands-on intervention or specialist review, AIDA may recommend escalation to a human team member.
