Using AIDA
AIDA is provided by WrightTech as an IT support assistant. It is designed to help with general troubleshooting, guidance, and next steps for IT-related issues only.
Scope of service
- AIDA supports IT troubleshooting and support questions.
- AIDA does not provide legal, financial, medical, adult, or unrelated creative services.
- WrightTech may update, limit, or suspend the service at any time.
Your account
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure.
- You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful content.
Liability
AIDA provides guidance on a best-efforts basis. You remain responsible for reviewing recommendations before applying them in your own environment. Where an issue requires hands-on intervention, WrightTech may recommend escalation to a human technician.
